On December 4-7, at Rome's Palazzo Pallavicini-Rospigliosi, 4th IAA Conference on University Satellite Missions has been held. Prof. Mikhail Ovchinnikov gave an invited lecture in memory of Vladimir V. Beletsky, the outstanding scientist passed away in July 2017.
