FreeTEST 2.01 SETUP FreeTEST 2.01 SETUP
1. The developers of application FreeTEST 2.01 submit
the user FreeTEST the following rights limited item 2 of the given license
agreement:
1.1. To install any amount of FreeTEST 2.01 copies;
1.2. To
copy and to non-commercially distribute any nubmer of FreeTEST dublicates and
packages for its installation, by taking care of distribution of the given
license agreement together with the FreeTEST application ;
1.3. To develop
with the help of applications FreeTEST the own tests as HTML-files and to use
them without restriction for educational or commercial purposes, however the
commercial use (in any form) of the developed tests eliminates a possibility of
distribution together with the mentioned files of the FreeTEST or any its
components (see item 2.3).
2. It is forbidden:
2.1. To decompile or to try to decompile a code
of the FreeTEST;
2.2. To add any modification to FreeTEST files
2.3. To
take charge in any forms for distribution of FreeTEST or anyone its component
among the third faces, nevertheless you may distribute applet file tview.arj
without any limitation.
3. The developers of FreeTEST do not bear the responsibility for the
following operations:
3.1. Damage in any forms to the user FreeTEST or third
faces which have arisen at the use FreeTEST;
3.2. The incorrect or
inadequate operation of the program FreeTEST, which was caused by both program
errors and problens while interaction between FreeTEST and other applications or
operational systems;
3.3. Unjustified expectation of the user from the
program FreeTEST;
3.4. Any consequences of use of application FreeTEST in
areas conjugate with additional risks (atomic engineering, air, marine and
ground transport, risks connected with radiation, chemical, or biological
contamination and all similar cases).
4. The validity of the given licence is not limited in time, but is
spreaded extremely to version FreeTEST 2.01.
