Small Satellites

Orbital and attitude dynamics and control

Our projects supported by RSF and RFBR

March 30, 2017

Russian Science Foundation has approved a two-year extension of the project on the development of new dynamic models and control algorithms for orbital and angular motion of small satellites for lunar, interplanetary and small bodies missions. It is one of the 438 projects selected in the course of the competition from more than 900 applications. The studies will be supported for five years including the extension period.

Russian Foundation of Basic Research has supported the project on the study of orbital and angular motion of multiple satellite system. In this project our group will create and study some dynamic models and algorithms of formation constructing, maintaining and reconfiguring, as well as those of determination and control of translational and angular motion of formation-flying satellites.
