Space Systems Dynamics

The first Russian conference on space debris has been jointly arranged by the Institute of Astronomy and the Space Research Institute (IKI). Hosted by IKI on April 17-19, the meeting "Space Debris: Fundamental and Practical Aspects of the Threat" has attracted much attention from both media and leading experts. Sergey Trofimov has announced the publishing of a handbook on post-mission disposal of small satellites prepared by IAA Study Group 4.23.
