71st International Astronautical Congress

October 14, 2020

This year, many things happen for the first time. For instance, for the first time the International Astronautical Congress was virtual – and for the first time the registration fee was set to zero! Apart from the traditional formats, the research paper and the slide presentation, all the presenters had to prepare and upload the 10-minute video presentation. The number of participants broke the record
– more than 13 thousand from 135 countries! Among them were the members of our team. Of special note is Danil Ivanov, who was a co-author of 6 papers! Moreover, Danil took the duty of a session co-chair at the IAA Symposium on Small Satellite Missions, the event held within the Congress for the 27th time.
